Vegas or “Vegie” as she is fondly called, is a purebred Border Collie who lives to play flyball. She is owned by Joanne and Brian Matsumoto, and is one of the start dogs on our team. Vegie holds an FD, FDX, FDCH, FDCH-S, FDCH-G, and an FM  NAFA titles. In U-FLI, she holds Top Flight I, II, and III, as well as Top Flight Executive I, II, and III. She is known for her harlequin face which is white on the left and black on the right. She is a rescue from Border Collie Rescue in Las Vegas. Vegie not only loves flyball, but she also enjoys her walks, doing tricks, and playing Frisbee.

Contact Point's Rip Tide Zip TF)Blue Merle Border Collie or “Zippy” as he has been nicknamed, is a purebred Blue Merle Border Collie. He is a flyball fanatic who enjoys running, playing, and learning new tricks. Zippy is extremely friendly to all people and most dogs. He has an unmistakable face highlighted by blue eyes, a white head, and a gray patch around his right eye. He is a smiling happy dog who loves to play with toys,  frisbee, and tug.

Jag is a Nova Scota Duck Tolling Retriever - the smallest of Sporting group- he is the lover, a master agility dog, a field dog, and he has a Rally (obedience tilte) Excellent title. Jag started flyball late - 7 years young, but he loves to run and he enjoys chasing the tennis ball - what retriever doesn't?
He is also certified Therapy Dog and worked with Sharp Rehad for 1 and 1/2 years.

Int'l, Mex, Am/NSDTR Ch Aqueus' Fireworks & Glory TT, CGC, WC, RN, JD, FDX, TF-III

Blast is a crazed weasel (or sometimes known as a 'Nova Scota Duck Tolling Retriever') - that loves to run and 'worships' the 'all holy tennis ball's - Flyball was made for him! He also, competes in agility, obedience, and fieldwork. Blast, is my second Toller and has high energy and is extremely high drive.
Oh, and they have one major fault - when they're excited - they 'scream'!! You can alway hear him at a Fyllball Tournament - their not a dog for the 'faint at heart'.

Makaso is a mixed breed nut dog of epic proportions. An accomplished flyball dog, Makaso can leap small children to catch frisbees, stuffed animals and the occasional lizard. His manic personality caused him to withdraw from the ettiquete driven sport of agility in favor of digging holes in the yard and singing for treats.

Rex never has a bad day. This cheery bichon-jack russell mix has the attention span of an gnat and is nearly as bright. He recently mastered flyball after a year and a half of training - during which time he was thought deaf, confused, utterly hopeless and impossibly happy.

Selena Kruse & Remy

Remy is a large, handsome Papillon with a penchant for tennis balls, squeaky toys, and anything that moves. Born Dec.2, 2002, he found me when he was 2 and became an enthusiastic Flyballer in 2005. He has worked very hard to become a solid member of Ballistic Racers and I am very proud of him! Remy also enjoys being my furry shadow, trading tricks for treats, and has recently started training for Agility.

Alicia Their & Bailey

Bailey is an 8 years young Jack Russell Terrier.  He is a Leo.  Brown eyes, brown and tan hair. He is rugged and athletic.  He enjoys long walks under the stars and going to the dog beach to watch the sunset.  But of course to him it is just a giant tennis ball disappearing into the ocean.  He loves peanut butter, rawhide bones and apples.  He is a great kisser who loves to cuddle.  His downfalls are that he may suffer from a little OCD as tennis balls are his life.  He dreams about them when they are within his reach and he has nightmares about them when he cannot get to them.  Don't let his goodlooks and puppyish charm fool you, he is also known to be a bit of a drama king.  But he prefers to call it passion for life.  He was born in America's heartland but is a Southern California boy at heart.  We definitely found his niche in flyball in San Diego.
